Before Placing an Order:

  1. Find the seller's information: On the product page, locate the seller's name displayed under the "Sold by" section (usually next to the Buy Now button).

  2. Click "Ask a question": Clicking the seller's name will take you to their store page. Here, you'll see a yellow button labeled "Ask a question."

  3. Use the Seller Messaging Assistant: This chat window allows you to choose from a list of prompts related to your inquiry or fill out a contact form.

  4. Compose your message: Briefly explain your question about the product and hit send. The seller should respond to your email within two business days.

After Placing an Order:

  1. Go to "Your Orders": Sign in to your Amazon account and navigate to "Your Orders."

  2. Find the relevant order: Locate the order for which you want to contact the seller.

  3. Select "Contact Seller": Next to the chosen order, you'll see options like "Track Package" or "Contact Seller." Click on "Contact Seller."

  4. Use the Seller Messaging Assistant: Similar to before, a chat window will appear where you can choose from prompts or write a message.

  5. Send your message: Briefly explain your inquiry or request related to the order and send it. The seller should respond to your email within two business days.

Additional Points:

  • Remember, replies from sellers will be delivered to your Amazon message center under the "Buyer/Seller Messages" tab.
  • It's recommended to check if the product listing offers Fulfillment by Amazon (Prime) or "Customer Service by Amazon" before contacting the seller directly. In those cases, Amazon's customer service can often address your concerns.
