There are two main ways to contact a seller on Amazon, depending on whether you've already placed an order:
Before Placing an Order:
Find the seller's information: On the product page, locate the seller's name displayed under the "Sold by" section (usually next to the Buy Now button).
Click "Ask a question": Clicking the seller's name will take you to their store page. Here, you'll see a yellow button labeled "Ask a question."
Use the Seller Messaging Assistant: This chat window allows you to choose from a list of prompts related to your inquiry or fill out a contact form.
Compose your message: Briefly explain your question about the product and hit send. The seller should respond to your email within two business days.
After Placing an Order:
Go to "Your Orders": Sign in to your Amazon account and navigate to "Your Orders."
Find the relevant order: Locate the order for which you want to contact the seller.
Select "Contact Seller": Next to the chosen order, you'll see options like "Track Package" or "Contact Seller." Click on "Contact Seller."
Use the Seller Messaging Assistant: Similar to before, a chat window will appear where you can choose from prompts or write a message.
Send your message: Briefly explain your inquiry or request related to the order and send it. The seller should respond to your email within two business days.
