1. Insert the batteries into the Roku remote if you haven't already done so.
2. Make sure your Roku device is powered on and connected to your TV.
3. Ensure that your TV is turned on and set to the correct input source for your Roku device.
4. The Roku remote should automatically pair with your Roku device. If it doesn't pair automatically, try the following steps:
- Press and hold the pairing button inside the battery compartment of the Roku remote for 3 seconds.
- Wait for the pairing light on the remote to start flashing.
- On the TV screen, you should see a message indicating that the remote is pairing.
5. Once the remote is paired, you should be able to use it to navigate the Roku interface on your TV.
