To add BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) recipients in Outlook, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook and begin composing a new email message.

2. In the new email window, locate the "Options" tab at the top of the ribbon. Click on it.

3. In the "Show Fields" group, you'll see the "Bcc" button. Click on it. This will reveal the BCC field in the email window.

4. Once the BCC field appears, you can enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to BCC. You can type the email addresses directly into the BCC field or select them from your contacts list.

5. After entering the BCC recipients, compose your email message as usual.
