Adding a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) recipient in Outlook is straightforward. Here's how to do it:

1. Open a new email message or reply to an existing one.

2. Show the BCC field (if hidden):

  • In the new message window, locate the Options tab.
  • Within the Show Fields group, click the button labeled Bcc.

Alternatively:

  • If your message layout displays the Reading Pane, the BCC button might be directly visible on the ribbon.

3. Add BCC recipients:

  • In the newly revealed Bcc field, type the email addresses of the people you want to BCC.
  • You can also select contacts from your address book by clicking the To or Cc button and then choosing the desired contacts.

4. Compose your email and hit Send!

The BCC recipients won't be visible to anyone else receiving the email. Their email addresses will only be stored by your Outlook.
