There are two main approaches to resetting your tire pressure light:

**1. After Inflating Tires to Proper Pressure:**

This is the most recommended approach and should be done whenever the light turns on.

*  **Check and adjust tire pressure:**  Use a tire pressure gauge to measure the pressure in each tire, including the spare. Inflate them to the recommended PSI listed on a sticker inside your driver's door jamb or in your owner's manual.

* **Drive for a while:** In most cases, simply driving for  10 minutes at 50 mph or higher  should reset the sensor and turn off the light.

* **Consult your owner's manual:**  Some vehicles might have a specific reset button or procedure. Look for instructions in your owner's manual under "Tire Pressure Monitoring System" (TPMS) or consult the digital menus in your car.
