There are two ways to measure your wrist size, depending on what you have on hand:

**With a measuring tape:**

1.  Find a soft measuring tape, like one used for sewing.

2. Wrap the tape measure snugly but comfortably around the widest part of your wrist. This is usually just below the bony bump on your wrist.

3. Note the measurement where the tape meets the zero mark.

**Without a measuring tape:**

1.  Grab a strip of paper, string, or even dental floss.

2. Wrap it around your wrist snugly, similar to the tape measure, and mark the spot where it overlaps itself.

3.  Lay the string or paper flat on a ruler and measure the distance between the mark and the end.

**Tips:**

*  If you're buying a bracelet, consider adding a half inch to your measurement for a comfortable fit.

*  Remember, your wrist size can fluctuate slightly throughout the day. Ideally, measure when you're not too hot or cold, as these can cause swelling.
