1. **Open Facebook**: Log in to your Facebook account using a web browser.
2. **Navigate to the Group**: Go to the Facebook group that you want to delete. You can find it by searching for the group's name in the Facebook search bar or by locating it in your groups list on your profile.
3. **Access Group Settings**: Once you're in the group, click on the "More" tab below the group's cover photo. It looks like three dots arranged vertically.
4. **Select "Edit Group Settings"**: From the dropdown menu, click on "Edit Group Settings." This will take you to the settings page for the group.
5. **Scroll Down to the Bottom**: Scroll down to the bottom of the group settings page. You'll see options related to group visibility, membership approval, and other settings.
6. **Delete Group**: At the bottom of the settings page, you'll find the option to "Delete Group." Click on the link to delete the group.
7. **Confirm Deletion**: A confirmation pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the group. Review the information carefully, as deleting a group is irreversible. If you're sure you want to proceed, click on "Delete Group" to confirm.
8. **Complete Deletion**: After confirming the deletion, Facebook will process your request, and the group will be permanently deleted. All group content, including posts, photos, and members, will be removed.
Please note that only group admins have the ability to delete a Facebook group. If you're not an admin, you won't see the option to delete the group in the settings. Additionally, deleting a group is a permanent action and cannot be undone, so make sure you're certain about your decision before proceeding.
