Using the Settings Menu:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your device (computer, phone, or tablet).
  2. Click on the three vertical dots icon in the top right corner of the browser window. This icon is commonly referred to as the "hamburger menu" icon.
  3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "Privacy and security" section and click on it.
  5. Click on "Clear browsing data."
  6. A new window will appear with options for what data to clear.
  7. Make sure the checkbox next to "Cookies and other site data" is selected. You can also select other browsing data to clear, like cached images and files, browsing history, and download history (optional).
  8. Choose the time range for which you want to clear cookies. You can select "Last hour," "Last 24 hours," "Last 7 days," "Last 4 weeks," or "All time."
  9. Click on "Clear data" at the bottom of the window.

Using a Keyboard Shortcut (Windows and Mac):

There's a keyboard shortcut to quickly open the Clear Browsing Data window:

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously.
  • Mac: Press Command + Option + E simultaneously.

Then, follow steps 6-9 from the Settings Menu method above to choose what data to clear and confirm.

I hope this helps!
