Changing Signature in Outlook Desktop Application:

Open the Outlook desktop application.

Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner.

Navigate to "Options" in the left-hand menu.

In the Options window, select "Mail" from the subcategories.

Scroll down to the "Compose and reply" section.

Click on the "Signatures" button.
Here you'll see a list of your existing signatures (if any). You can:

Log in to your Outlook.com account through a web browser.

Select "View all Outlook settings" from the menu.

Choose "Mail" from the left-hand navigation pane.

Under "Compose and reply," click on "Signature."
Similar to the desktop version, you'll have options to:
